Capacity building & FGD on political participation for woman

RAHO-SOMALIA, with funding from CREATIVE-BUILD project  conducted 15 half-day capacity building and focus group discussion for a total of 150 participants targeting 10 participants in each session for women (3), youth together (3), young women alone (3), young men alone (3) and PWDs (3) to include men, women, young and some marginalized communities through providing an overview of the role of the constitution and the rights and responsibilities it includes, identifying  specific challenges that impede their political participation, listing  their positive contribution, potential loss to country at large for their political exclusion and proposing tangible steps decision makers as well as society should take to remedy them.
