RAHO Facilitates material, individual and institutional capacity building of local community groups, Community- based Organizations and Local Non-Governmental Organizations engaged in Somalia. The long-term aim of Organizational Development and Capacity Building (CB) is to create strong and sustainable organizations able to mobilize and maintain effective services to the communities countrywide. The various organizations are responsible for their own OD and capacity building. RAHO, however, has a special responsibility to encourage and support this work within organizations. In addition to reinforce strong technical support to network organizations through the Somalia regions, RAHO has the additional task to guide, coordinate and enable much needed support.
